Setanta Insurance provides a fully experienced in house claims management and support team to ensure that all claims are managed in the right way, minimising stress and inconvenience for all parties.

To you, the policyholder, in the event of an incident that could lead to a claim under your policy, please contact your broker immediately so the claims process can be started right away.

If you contact our claims service centre outside normal business hours, 08:30-17:30, we'll ring you back to discuss your situation in detail. We will confirm any details you may have submitted to our after hour service and provide you with a claim reference.
